* A £200 deposit is required upon booking confirmation.

* A deposit cannot be refunded within 8 weeks of the function date.

* Confirmation must be signed to secure your preferred date.

* Please visit us by appointment to view the facilities.

* Breakages/damage will be charged for.

* Additional security for certain functions may be required (at cost).

* Our full license to sell alcohol strictly expires at midnight.

* Some Saturday functions may be subject to a 7.45pm (earliest) start.

* Alcohol will not be sold to anyone under 18 and proof of ID may be required.

* No smoking inside the premises at any time.

* Doors close at 12.30am. Taxis must be arranged for prior this time.

* If you are providing your own dj/disco/band they must liaise with us.

* A kitchen facility is not available if you are providing your own food.
